Heatsheild CoolPro W100- Solar Heat Reflective Coating

HEATSHIELD® COOLPRO W100 is a high-quality, acrylic-based cool roof coating designed for concrete, metal, and wood substrates. This ready-to-use product reflects a significant portion of sunlight, preventing heat build-up during peak afternoon hours and effectively lowering surface temperatures. Formulated with premium acrylic resins, reinforcing laminar pigments, and non-migrating fire retardants, it offers exceptional durability, UV resistance, weatherproofing, algae/mildew resistance, and fire retardancy.
It forms a highly reflective, thermal-insulating, and permanently flexible waterproofing membrane that remains impervious to mass water penetration from the exterior—making it a reliable solution for long-term roof protection.

Cool Roof Comfort & Thermal Performance
Thanks to its unique formulation, HEATSHIELD® COOLPRO W100 can reduce surface temperatures by 12°C to 18°C (in white shade), depending on substrate conditions and ambient humidity. This drop in temperature contributes to a cooler indoor environment, reduced air conditioning usage, and a lower urban heat island effect—promoting a more sustainable and comfortable living space.
 
Insulation Technology
With very low thermal conductance (0.05 W/m·K), the coating’s effectiveness lies in the synergy of high reflectance (>90%), high emittance (94%), and the Endothermic Effect, which actively cools the surface. Unlike conventional insulation materials that merely slow heat transfer, this technology keeps the heat from forming at the surface. The Endothermic Effect continues to work even as surface reflectance slightly reduces due to aging, dust, or color changes—ensuring long-term insulation.
 
Leak Sealing Performance
HEATSHIELD® COOLPRO W100 can seal small cracks and pinholes when applied directly to the surface, offering added protection against leaks without the need for extra materials.
 
Dirt Pick-Up Resistance
The advanced acrylic polymers in COOLPRO W100 are designed for flexibility and long-term dirt resistance. Without this property, roof coatings tend to darken over time, increasing heat absorption and raising both surface and indoor temperatures. COOLPRO W100, however, maintains its white, reflective appearance for years—preserving energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal.
